The care and kindness that I have received from the HCA's and nurses has been outstanding. I have been treated with dignity and respect and have been listened to. The department has also been very accommodating when I have had to miss treatments due to illness. I also want to say thank you to Jenna Going who has been brilliant and providing me with information. even before I was starting treatment. She was very helpful and always helpful which makes a huge difference.

Nursing staff were great, compassionate and understanding. Treatment was on time. Could be more information about what happens after final treatment and what to expect in terms of my mental health.

- Very caring nurses
- My needs are taken care of
- Extremely accommodating
- Only point would be administratively could be more informative. Meetings with Dr Alex we were only notified on the day. Though I do understand funding could be an issue here.
